Recipe Notes: 1) The base ingredients are rice, soy sauce, miso, sugar, salt, and water.
2) When preparing the rolls, combine all ingredients in a bowl until combined.
3) In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, misoprostol, soy milk, salt and water until combined; you’ll need to stir the mixture until everything is incorporated.
4) Using a fork or knife, cut into 1/4 inch squares.
5) Place the rolls in a plastic bag.
6) Place in a large bowl.
7) Cover the bag tightly with plastic wrap.
8) Place back in the fridge overnight.
9) When you receive the rolls and want to serve, place them in a serving dish.

Ingredients 1/2 cup soy sauce 1 tablespoon miso paste 2 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon miso oil 1 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon water 1/3 cup rice, rice hulled, drained 1/8 cup miso 2 tablespoons miso 1 tablespoon salt 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1/5 cup rice vinegar (optional) Directions To prepare the base ingredients: Heat the soy sauce and miso over medium-low heat.
Add the rice hulls and sugar.
Cook, stirring, until the rice begins to brown and turn opaque, about 10 minutes.
Transfer to a cutting board and use a fork to cut into the rice into 1-inch cubes.
Place cubes in a saucepan and heat to low.
Add miso and sugar and cook until sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat.
To prepare miso: Place the rice, misos, and sugar in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-high.
Add rice vinegar and soy milk and whisk until sugar is dissolved.
Simmer for 10 minutes until rice is tender and lightly browned.
Serve immediately.
To make miso rice: Combine all ingredients and set aside.
To assemble the rolls: Place rice in a single layer on a cutting surface.
Drizzle with soy sauce.
Sprinkle miso on top.
Drizzled with miso.
Dripped with misopostol.
Sprinkled with rice vinegar.
To serve: Place each roll on a serving platter.
Top each with a slice of rice.

Notes This recipe can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
Once you prepare your rolls, they can be frozen up to 3 months.
