A few of the more popular sushi brands: Roll sushi: It’s a traditional sushi roll that you can dip into and enjoy with a bowl of rice or pasta.
The roll is usually made of brown rice, but you can make your own with the ingredients you want to add.
yamatopoeia: The yamata, or fish, are often eaten with rice and noodle or with a salad.
They can also be made into a sandwich with your choice of veggies.
sashiri: It means “sushi plate,” and is usually served with rice, vegetables, or a dish called kobe, which is typically served with the roll.
The ingredients can be either raw fish or fish-and-mushrooms sushi, or raw or lightly cooked tuna or crab.
