It’s not easy to make a sushi roll from scratch, but that’s not what I did.
It was a little bit of work, but it was fun.
I started by cooking up the rice in a rice cooker, adding the ginger and garlic, and mixing in the soy sauce.
Then, I cooked it all together, in the rice cooker until it was all done.
It was super simple, and it tasted fantastic.
I made a couple of rolls out of rice and rice vinegar.
I also added a few more toppings like avocado and avocado sauce.
It all came out to just under 1 pound of rice, and I was able to easily make a dozen sushi rolls.
