Japan’s legendary Shogun Garden has been in operation since the 16th century and is still open to the public.
It is located in Shinjuku, the oldest city in Japan, and hosts a variety of traditional Japanese cuisine, including sushi.
Now, for the first time, National Geographic has a video tour of the garden, where the chefs make a few of the most famous dishes.
